Seq-DI™ Formamide is a highly deionized formamide designed for sample resuspension in capillary electrophoresis. It serves as a cost-effective alternative to Hi-Di™ Formamide for use with Applied Biosystems™ Genetic Analyzers.
The reagent ensures sample stability and minimizes evaporation, providing high signal quality even after extended storage.
Note: To maintain optimal performance, it is recommended to aliquot into smaller volumes and limit freeze-thaw cycles.
