FastReal qPCR PreMix (SYBR Green) is a 2× ready-to-use master mix optimized for SYBR Green I–based real-time PCR. It delivers fast, sensitive, and highly specific DNA quantification, making it suitable for both standard and fast qPCR thermal cyclers.
The formulation combines a novel antibody-modified hot-start Taq DNA polymerase with an optimized buffer system to ensure high amplification efficiency, strong fluorescence signals, and reliable results across a wide range of qPCR platforms.
