Description
This ladder contains nine double-stranded DNA fragments ranging from 1–10 kb, ideal for accurate size estimation of large DNA fragments. A prominent 5,000 bp band enables easy orientation during gel analysis.
Premixed with 1× loading buffer, it can be loaded directly onto agarose gels without heating.
